Falling miracle

"Isn't it foolish?", the girl said, standing before the setting sun. "Humans make wishes upon falling stars. But, stars only fall when they die. Even if their wish come true, it is bound to perish. Yet, why do they still do it? The miracle will face its end soon after it happens, so why wish for it? It can only bring more sorrow.... But, I am a fool myself.. Because I wished for it, even though I knew.. That's why... I'm sorry.. But, it's time for the miracle to end. It's time for me to go... Take care..." she said and vanished into thin air under a sky of autumnal colours and unfulfilled dreams....
